Tara Property Management

 You may pick up an application at our office during normal business hours or you can print an application at the following link (applications).

Application Requirements:

• Make sure your entire application is filled out correctly.

•  Each person over 18 years of age must remit the processing fee ($25.00 per application) when you submit your application.

• We will not approve any applicants with any of the following, EVICTIONS OR JUDGEMENTS.

• We will require you to pay any outstanding collections before entering into a contract with Tara Property Management and we reserve the right to deny you based on any of these collections. Example water, trash, pg&e, phone, cable

• You must have a copy of identification to submit with your application.

• Each person over 18 years of age must submit proof of income with the application (pay stub, SSI, disability papers, AFDC, etc.)

• If you are participating in the Section 8 program, your voucher and request for tenancy paperwork needs to be submitted with your application. Please remember to fill our your portion of the paperwork before you turn it in.
